Treat Hair loss

How to Prevent and Reverse Baldness, My Views and Experiences.

When I was about 15 years old, I asked my Barber how he didn’t lose any of his hair at age 55,  and this is what he told me :

  1. Comb your hair as little as possible gently and slowly with a large comb, fine combs will cause breakage and destroy the roots of your hair. It’s better to use a brush when possible.
  2. Wash your hair with less chlorinated water and wash as necessary, do not wash your hair every day, a mild shampoo will do much good for the hair.
  3. Whenever the barber is lining your hair he must be gentle with the razor and not go too deep, especially in the front and the forward sides, the hair at the front of your head is the hardest to grow and the easiest to get damaged.
  4. With a good diet and less alcohol consumption, you will certainly keep it until you’re 50 and over, especially if you keep it a little bit moist so you are free of dandruff.

Help yourself To Prevent Balding
One of the best things you can do to prevent hair loss is to take charge of stress. Exercising and finding time to relax can keep you healthy and help you prevent hair loss by lowering your stress levels. If you are experiencing a major life event, such as the loss of a loved one or the end of a relationship, it’s important to find outlets to relieve your stress so that you do not experience stress-induced hair loss.
If you want to prevent hair loss, you can also prioritize a diet high in healthy proteins, Omega-3 fatty acids, and fresh fruits and vegetables, you can also take vitamins such as iron, biotin, vitamin D, vitamin C, and zinc. It’s always a good idea to consult with your doctor before taking any new vitamins or supplements.
